Ventricular arrhythmias are almost allways wide-QRS-complex arrhythmias. When confronted with a wide-QRS-complex tachycardia it can be difficult to differentiate between a [[supraventricular tachycardia]] with [[aberrancy]] or [[Ventricular Tachycardia|ventricular tachycardia]].
