Ventricular tachycardia resulting from re-entry in the His-Purkinje system, often with left bundle branch block configuration. Can occur in cardiomyopathy. BBR VT is extremely rare and this diagnosis is difficult to make on an ECG. However, during an electrophysiologic study this diagnosis can be made.
