This may seem like a semantic point but referring to the first ECG as being in "sinus rhythm" is incorrect; the P waves have a grossly abnormal axis and therefore we must assume they are coming from a ectopic atrial source, therefore it is an ectopic atrial rhythm, not sinus rhythm.
