This is a recording from an elderly man with renal failure, a lung disease, peripheral vascular disease, congestive heart failure with an LVEF of 10%, and atrial fibrillation on past cardiograms. This recording was made after 3 weeks of therapy with digoxin 0.0625 mg P.O. QD.
