This is a recording from the pacemaker clinic. The patient had a DDD pacemaker that was set to an AAI mode to check the atrial pacing threshold. This could be done as the patient had a stable ventricular escape rhythm. In this case slowing the ventricular rhythm made the P waves easier to see and the testing easier.
