- sinus rhythm
- about 75/min
- normal conduction
- horizontal axis
- normal p wave morphology
- Microvoltages in the extremity leads. QS in V1, V2.
- ST elevation in V1-V3
- Conclusion: Anteroseptal MI caused by an LAD occlusion.
