  1. sinus rhythm
  2. about 75/min
  3. normal conduction
  4. horizontal axis
  5. normal p wave morphology
  6. Microvoltages in the extremity leads. QS in V1, V2.
  7. ST elevation in V1-V3
  • Conclusion: Anteroseptal MI caused by an LAD occlusion.
