This recording shows sinus rhythm at about 55/minute with a PR interval of 320 ms, a left axis deviation of the QRS and a poor R wave progression in the precordial leads. This is a first degree heart block with a left anterior hemi-block. The poor R wave progression could represent a previous anterior wall myocardial infarction.
