The PTa segment
Overt PTa depression in a patient with pericarditis

The PTa segment is the part between the P wave and the Q. The PTa segment is sometimes called PTA (P - atrial T) segment or PR or PQ or PTp (P - T wave of P wave) segment.Abildskov. It can be depressed in pericarditis or atrial myocardial infarction.
