In sinusbradycardia the sinus node fires at a slow (<60 bpm) rate. Causes of sinusbradycardia include:
- normal physiology in an athelete
- medication (beta-blockers)
- ischemia (typically inferior myocardial infarction with involvement of the sinus node artery)
- hypothermia
- hypothyroidism.
