Ventricular arrhythmias are almost allways wide-QRS-complex arrhythmias. Ventricular arrhythmias are almost allways wide-QRS-complex arrhythmias. When confronted with a wide-QRS-complex tachycardia it can be difficult to differentiate between a supraventricular tachycardia with aberrancy or ventricular tachycardia.
