The cardiogram shows sinus rhythm with P waves that are terminally negative in V1 which is suggestive of left atrial abnormality. There is a tall R wave in V5 greater than 30 mm., a deep S wave greater than 30 mm. in V2, and an R wave in lead II greater than 20mm. There are diffuse ST/T wave changes. All of these finding suggest left ventricular hypertrophy. This woman in fact has IHSS.
