This is an example of "tachy/ brady" syndrome with atrial fibrillation terminating with a long pause. The pause is terminated by a sinus beat and then the return to atrial fibrillation. One could ask if preventing the pause with an atrial pacemaker would affect the recurrence of the AF and at the same time prevent the dizziness of the pause.
