This is the EKG from a 66 year old man who had a coronary bypass in India in 1995. The patent had had three myocardial infarctions. His EKG was recorded after a syncopal episode and his arrival in the emergency room showed ventricular tachycardia. He was implanted with a Medtronic 7220 defibrillator and 10 Oct 97. The strips below are from 24 July 98 and where during an episode of dizziness. The first figure is a trend of RR intervals, the second is an intracardiac recording and a marker channel.
