This is a 12 lead electrocardiogram from a 70 year old man with aortic stenosis who was implanted with a Medtronic Model 5983 Myrel VVI.O pacemaker (which paces at 72/min. when new). The patient is being evaluated in the pacemaker clinic for a possible upgrade to a dual chamber pacemaker.
