These are two recording from a patient in her seventies who had a history of A/V nodal tachycardia which had been ablated 5 years previously. Four years after the ablation the patient developed syncope and was found to have Mobitz II A/V block on a Holter monitor. In spite of implantation of a pacemaker the patient continued to have syncope. The strips come from a Holter monitor done after the implantation of the pacemaker.
