Summary

Description

This ECG is from a 28 Year old competitive runner.Due to sinus bradycardia atrial rhythm emerges. Note the atrial rhythm in the first three beats and the sinus node activation in the forth beat. Sinus node rhythem is best recognized by a negative P-wave deflection in lead avR.
