Rond de derde slag wordt het sinusritme een paar slagen voortgeleid. Daarna neemt de nodale tachycardie het weer over en rond de 8e slag ontstaat er een negatieve P-top, het ultieme bewijs dat het een junctioneel rime betreft.

Thereafter the nodal rhyhtm takes over and around the 8th beat a negative p-wave develops, the ultimate proof of the junctional origin of this rhythm.
