A magnet was placed over the pacemaker that was set at 30/min. and hence it is paceing at 30/min and is not affected by the native sinus beats. This and interesting case of group beating. The sinus beats are locked into the step with the ventricular pacemaker and suggests an effect of the ventricular paced complex on the sinus node, perhaps as seen with the ventriculophasic effect.
